Doris is great at helping me.
Prescriptions do not get to pharmacy as quickly as I have experienced with previous providers. Can take up to days which is annoying. Also the patient portal is pointless. I have used it to send 3 messages in past but no response back. I'm guessing no one even reads the messages from there. Aside from that I am happy with my care and provider, she listens and works with me to establish a treatment plan and medication dose that works best for me personally. Easy appts and scheduling too.
She is very professional and easy to talk to.
