I have never loved going to the doctor until I went to The Howard Center in Covington, GA. The ambience makes you feel like you’re at the spa. Donald Menya, D.O., is a compassionate and hardworking board-certified Obstetrician and Gynecologist. He has been in practice since 2014 and sees patients at The Howard Center, with locations in Covington, Valdosta, Moultrie, Warner Robins, Leesburg, Douglas, Tifton, and Waycross, Georgia.
A native of Kenya, Dr. Menya first moved to the United States when he was 22 years old. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Biology from the University of Minnesota in 2003. He attended Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences from 2003-2007 and then graduated in 2009 from the Pikeville College of Osteopathic Medicine as a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his Obstetrics and Gynecology residency at St. John’s Episcopal Hospital in Far Rockaway, New York, in 2013.
Dr. Menya administers care to women of all ages and backgrounds facing female reproductive and gynecologic issues. He aims to provide this specialized care with an evidence-based yet personalized approach, bridging the gap between each patient and their goals. Dr. Menya loves that he is able to witness firsthand a woman’s life positively impacted by helping them with issues such as infertility, pain, cancer, etc.
