She listened to my concerns and answer all my questions I didn’t feel like I was being rushed, but actually being taken care which is how you should fShow moreeel when you’re seeing your provider and not feel that you’re being rushed out of the office

Dr. Heard is wonderful to work with. She answered all of my questions. She’s very thorough very polite and put you at ease know what she’s doing and actually cares.
I called on a Monday and got an appointment on Wednesday of the same week. I saw Dr. Heard; she explained to me everything I needed to know. She was incredibly professional, helpful, friendly, and efficient. I would definitely recommend her to anybody and everybody!
Dr. Heard has been my Ob/Gyn since I moved to Arizona 15 years ago. She delivered all three of my children and is now helping me navigate through perimenopause. She never makes me feel rushed and will always answer questions, even when I pull out a list. I recommend her to anyone that is looking for a caring Ob/Gyn.

I was so scared for my C-section but doc came right on in reassured me she hear and the team came right behind her and kept us in great hands.

Went for an OB and ultrasound visit. Asked and confirmed if I was getting an ultrasound and told to wait in the lobby only to wait over an hour and 15 mins and told that actually because of insurance it’s have to be next week. No apologies just a reschedule and time wasted. Second time this is happened first time was at reception when I check in wrote my name and was waiting had audacity to call me leaving me a voice mail asking if I was coming in when I was already in the lobby waiting for them
Dr. Heard is always a pleasure to visit, she is always so considerate, patient, honest and informative when we discuss pregnancy. And she's hilarious to boot! I have full faith and trust in her as our provider and her office always makes us feel welcome when we visit. All around a stellar experience.

Dr Heard is awesome and her expertise is amazing. All I've ever wanted was a doctor to be blunt with me bad, good and ugly. She was and is that person if you need that too. I would highly recommend her for your women needs.
