I had a great experience today with my visit for a skin checkup. Colleen, who checked me in and brought me right back to the exam room, is very friendly and easy to talk to. She did a thorough check on my reason for todays visit, Show moreand asked about any specific areas that I was concerned about. She said it would be just a minute and it literally was that or less when Desirae came in to examine and go over any issues I had. As always, very professional, polite, and friendly during the visit.
Wow, so appreciate you guys coming to my aid!.. it has been so difficult trying to see a medical professional for the severe discomfort I have been in. You guys made time for me, and did it with such grace and compassion!!! Desirae is always cheerful and helpful. She doesn’t rush off, rather she spends the necessary time with me.
This place is not professional. What they will quote you over the phone they change price in person. They do not know how to use the machine so do not come here if you are going to have an EKG done, I am immediately went to a urgent care after to retake my testing and everything was passed clearly by a Doctor. They did not even know how to attach the magnets on my body which was concerning and they did not ask me to take my jewelry off, which was concerning. It was just very unprofessional.

The amount of comfort I have with Desire is nothing short of 100%. I am a skin cancer patient who was diagnosed through her office in 2015. Since then I have been with Desire and I always leave her office with full confidence that I am in good hands. As well as her skin care tips for my 40+ sun damaged face are always spot on. My sons acne was treated and gone! Both of my boys and husbands skin checks are always thorough! Your best interest is always her #1 goal and it shows.
