I had a great experience today with my visit for a skin checkup. Colleen, who checked me in and brought me right back to the exam room, is very friendly and easy to talk to. She did a thorough check on my reason for todays visit, Show moreand asked about any specific areas that I was concerned about. She said it would be just a minute and it literally was that or less when Desirae came in to examine and go over any issues I had. As always, very professional, polite, and friendly during the visit.
Wow, so appreciate you guys coming to my aid!.. it has been so difficult trying to see a medical professional for the severe discomfort I have been in. You guys made time for me, and did it with such grace and compassion!!! Colleen and Desirae were awesome this morning. I walked in for my appt and Colleen took me right back to the exam room. Asked a few questions about any changes or anything that I was concerned with very friendly and professional. Desirae came in right after and was very polite, friendly and professional as well. She was very thorough in looking for any potential problems with my skin. As usual, I had plenty to review and freeze. Pretty painless and complete. It was a great visit overall!
Desirae is so professional yet personable. She cares so much about the patient and their needs. I felt so cared for and appreciate her so very much.

My visit to Desirae Macias office was pleasant. The wait time was less than 5 minutes, Desirae is very nice and professional and most importantly she is patiently listening to my problems.
She is very professional, caring, and compassionate. Takes the time to ensure that your needs are met - and does so in a very cheerful manner. Does not rush her patients out the door. Also she shows concern for a patient’s pain levels when performing dermatology procedures. Would highly recommend her to anyone.

This place is not professional. What they will quote you over the phone they change price in person. They do not know how to use the machine so do not come here if you are going to have an EKG done, I am immediately went to a urgent care after to retake my testing and everything was passed clearly by a Doctor. They did not even know how to attach the magnets on my body which was concerning and they did not ask me to take my jewelry off, which was concerning. It was just very unprofessional.
