They were on time with appointment. Had to fill out paperwork in clinic as a new patient but it was not long at all and they got me started with the doctor pretty much right after I finished. Della Sharma completed her undergraduate education at Saint Petersburg College with a Bachelor in Nursing. She then received her Master of Science in Nursing, with a focus in Family medicine at South University. During this time she was also inducted into the Sigma Theta Tau International Nursing Honor Society.
Della is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and is licensed through the state of Florida. She has over ten years of prior nursing and leadership experience in the acute inpatient hospital setting. Her goal is to establish a patient-provider relationship that will allow women to play an active role in their gynecological healthcare plans and decisions.
In her free time, Della appreciates spending time with her husband and two daughters. She is an avid reader and enjoys classical Indian dance

The doctor and staff were late to opening up- my appointment was at 8:30 and no one arrived to open the door until almost 10 minutes later. However, everyone was friendly and helpful and the practitioner that I was seen by- Della Sharma, was amazing. She listened to everything I had to say and didn't rush me.
