Deena is very helpful and takes the time to make sure I understand completely the issue and what approach she recommends, and why. I what could easily be a very uncomfortable situation she manages to find a way to ease the situation and relax me to the extent anyone could.
Deena is wonderful and really knows her stuff . I love the customized plan she has done up for my postpartum. The exercises and stretches has made going back to a very aggressive/labor intensive job a bit easier.
