About Dr. Deborah Gortler Shukovsky

Board-certified Endodontist, Dr. Deborah Gortler Shukovsky is a three-time graduate of the University of Pennsylvania.  She graduated from Dental school in 2004.  She went on to complete a General Practice Residency at the New York Presbyterian Hospital/Weil Cornell Medical Center and then postgraduate training in Endodontics at UPENN.

Dr. Gortler is committed to providing her patients with precision in her technique as well as gentle hands. She finds satisfaction in doing root canals in order to help alleviate her patients’ pain.  She also loves working with people and always smiling.

I had such a great experience at Dental Arts of Hastings-on-Hudson! The staff were all so friendly and the check in process was simple. The hygienist who worked on me was really nice, took her time, and explained everything that she was doing. She gave me recommendations to improve my dental hygiene. Overall, the entire team made me feel comfortable so I will continue seeing the doctor here.
