Dr. Dean Busser, was great. Feeling better just a few hours after receiving treatment. One thing that bothered me me was the lights in the room kept going off and back on when I moved. That was kinda annoying.

Staff in the front was very nice, polite & helpful. But the Dr that seen both of my kids didn’t even took 5 minutes to check them what so ever. No medication given but cough meds. Took my kids to their actual provider following day and both kids needed antibiotics. This Dr didn’t even bother to check them properly just because I told him they both tested positive for Influenza A he said it’s a virus it needs to run its course but didn’t bother to ask about their symptoms. It took us longer to register and get a room than what the Dr took to check them.

Given 2stars. One for showing up.One for introducing himself. This NP Busser,needs to slow down. The other Dr. in this office M.V is much better in taking enough time, that you come out feeling cared for.
Front office staff were very friendly and professional. Nurse Practitioner Busser was also professional, but failed to conduct an examination related to my ailment.
