Very thorough
I felt understood and not rushed.
She’s a great listener and really took time to review my medications. Her suggested changes were gentle; never imposed those changes and allowed me to make changes at my own pace. The differences are still life changing and difficult to express in any meaningful way. I really believed that for the last 20+ years that my mind could never quiet and obsessive thoughts and worries could be minimal.
Alyse is great! She listens very well and is extremely helpful. I believe she actually understands me lol :) Working with her has improved my overall state of being!

Honestly, I never believed that I could shed the negative anxiety and intrusive thoughts that has been my constant companion for most my life. I could never explain all the positive differences. I am truly grateful to have met Dayna.
