Everyone is always so friendly and professional.
This was a follow up visit after an RFA procedure, as always he asked how I felt and what more he could do to resolve the issues I'm having. I've been very pleased with the treatment I've received from everyone here.
The staff and doctors are wonderful! I'm very thankful for all of them! They listen and figure a action plan to take care of your pain, so you may have a great quality of life.

Everyone is very efficient and friendly. I never have to wait to be seen and the doctors really listen. Keep in mind that all the pain you are having is not always curable but if they can help you they will. I love the fact that the surgical center is right next door and they are great too. When you are in pain it’s not always easy for a patient to get help especially now with the pain med situation and they understand and are kind about the whole thing. I would definitely recommend them if you are hurting.
He is very focused on the task at hand. He drained fluid from my knee, and knew it was uncomfortable but he kept asking me if I was ok. He also explained what he was doing as he did it He is a very caring doctor. All the staff is wonderful

They got to the root of my problem so now we have to go to a different doctor and get it fixed
Dr Otero is amazing! I can't say enough about him and the support I have received from the staff. I came to the office as a new patient who could barely walk. After having my tests done and getting my diagnosis we knew surgery was was only option. They explained everything in detail. The surgery center was great! I have NO pain and can walk again immediately after my procedure. I am one happy lady here!
