I am a dedicated and passionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor who centers on facilitating self-growth, emotional well-being, and autonomy through the therapeutic process.

I am an English, Russian, and Ukrainian-speaking therapist. I believe in approaching psychotherapy through a holistic, collaborative perspective to foster a safe and socially just, non-judgmental, and meaningful interpersonal experience. I have experience working with adults, couples, families, and teens from diverse backgrounds.
