Every appt I have had was a 5 star appt. Dr Browne is so easy to talk with, caring & nice. She addresses my concerns patiently with explanations and alternatives. Definitely puts you at ease during procedures. I’m so glad that I Show morefound Hill Country Dermatology. FYI - I have always seen a Dr in the practice for my concerns in the past. Other groups in the New Braunfels area, you only see their PA and after numerous visits, I still never even met the Dr. Also, always felt rushed by the PA/staff to get in & out as fast as possible. Never have felt that with Dr Browne or any of their wonderful staff.
I was a new patient with Dr. Kimelheim. Having just moved here from out of state. He is my kind of Dr. Very,Very knowledgeable, and extremely funny. It was really a joy to meet with him. I could tell right away that he enjoyed whShow moreat he did. I'm sorry that it was his last day in the office. I wish him the BEST for the future, and hope that any Doctors or interns that he works with realize what a wonderful person they have. Sorry... The office staff at Hill Country are Fantastic also. Danielle Brown, MD is certified by the American Board of Dermatology for Dermatology and Pediatric Dermatology. She treats skin diseases in patients of all ages, and her interests include pediatric skin conditions, birthmarks, vascular lesions, family skin health, skin cancer, psoriasis, rashes, blistering disorders, and eczema.
Dr. Brown grew up in Louisiana. She went to Rice University in Houston, Texas, where she majored in biochemistry and global health technologies before attending Baylor College of Medicine. She earned a diploma in tropical medicine at Baylor and a Certificate of Knowledge in Clinical Tropical Medicine and Travelers' Health from the American Society of Tropical Medicine & Hygiene.
Dr. Brown completed a dermatology residency at UT Southwestern in Dallas, Texas, where she served as Chief Resident. While there, she earned the 2020 Leadership Award, the Humanitarian Service Award, and was elected into the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. She completed a fellowship in Pediatric Dermatology at Texas Children's Hospital in Houston, Texas.
Danielle came to know the Lord at a very young age. She aims to daily show God's love through her work as a physician. She has a passion for international services and has served in Lesotho, Malawi, Peru, Honduras, and Nepal.

I was hoping for a little more information on dry skin care. Not just a paper bag of samples with no explanation of products.

I was in for my semi-annual cancer check, but had a few questions for Dr. Brown. She answered them all, explaining things in detail, and still got things frozen and taken care of in a relatively short time. Dr. Brown is SO attentive and SO pleasant! I have referred several people to her practice.
I have been using dermatologist for the past 52 years for various conditions. Dr. Brown is the best I have ever been to! Not only is she a great Dr but has excellent interpersonal skills and will spend as much time as required to answer all your questions. My wife, also a patient of Dr. Brown and myself have recommended her to at least 10 others seeking a good dermatologist and we know at least 5 have also had excellent reports of her practice!! Highly recommended!!
