Dr. Murphy was professional yet easy to talk with before and after my knee replacement surgery. This mattered greatly to me. A prior consult with a very different doctor (not affiliated with Sports Medicine) ended poorly and left Show moreme concerned about having this surgery. Dr. Murphy’s experience and forthright, thoughtful and respectful responses to my questions assuaged my concerns. Although no post op of anything is easy, I believe his skills as a surgeon have made my recovery untroubled. I’ve already recommended him to several folks.
I was getting a second opinion on a knee injury. I was given an appointment quickly. When I arrived I did not have to wait long to see the PA. He did an exam, I had X-rays done then I saw Dr. Murphy. He got right to the point. No Show moresurgery. Just what I wanted to hear. My daughter in law, a nurse, was with me. She understood everything about the MRI and what the plan was. Even though it’s a long recovery I know I’m on the right track.

Daniel knows his stuff and has a nice bedside manner. He was good at going over the X-rays and explained what can be done.
Have the best doctors and services and get right to the point. It’s appreciated
Professional, kind, knowledgeable, and got us in quickly.
The best at what he does! They worked with my needs and was very gracious about what I needed.
Great experience.
Excellent service. I did the online check-in, saves a lot of time! Less than 5 minute wait on spot day. Straight to X-rays, top o line staff & equipment. Doc was came in 5 minutes to review & advise. 2 cortisone shots & I'm dancing a jig
Very professional
"fixed" my elbows + shoulders so basically back to "normal"
Knowledgeable and personable staff and doctor. I have complete confidence in their abilities.
Doctor is in a hurry. Hard to get questions answered to my satisfaction. I was told I am too old to repair my knee, which has been extremely painful. I cannot take ibuprofen for pain because of a blood disorder, tylenol does not work well enough. I have been very active in the past. This has affected me in many negative ways. I wasnt told why I am too old for the surgery.
Everyone is very friendly and my therapist is extremely knowledgable and helpful. I’ve had great success in my recovery working with him
I was pleased to be able to work with the same physician I had 8 years ago. The Dr and staff were so helpful and caring. Thank you!
The office got me in quickly to see Dr Muphy. I had been trying to see another ortho and it was taking weeks to see anyone Dr was quick and Om now booked for surgery
Excellent care. Dr. T. Took the time to look at all aspects of possible reasons for the problem....talking, explanations, exam, xray and ultrasound to start. Great plan. Staff is wonderful from front desk, his nurse to x-ray tec. Great office. Highly recommend.
Very informative visit with Dr. Trimberger. Easy and personable X-ray and nurse that did vitals, etc. really a delight.
Really good and organized. Efficient!
VERY GOOD!! Caring, time spent, educated us! Thankyou
He listened to me. He was very thorough in his examination and explained my health situation to me.
Is thorough, his team is very efficient, he always has time to answer questions.
Total knee replacement, total success.
I have the best Dr, PA and assistant team. Thank you for your compassion and professionalism toward me when I most needed.
It was a great experience all around. I look forward to going back in a month to see how yes turns out
Dr. Murphy was very thorough with his diagnosis and course of action for my injury.
Incredible service all the way around. This is what healthcare should look like. From front desk and scheduling, to doctors and nurses, they aren’t only respectful and follow up in a timely manner but they listen & take time to figure out the best options. As much as I’d rather not have to be dealing with injuries and health risks, I’m so freakin glad I have Sports Oregon Medicine & their partners to go through this with. Wish I found them 10 years ago.
Listens to patient, diagnosis accurate and explained
Dr. Murphy is the best of his field and has the kindest manner. His assistant, Erica, is very professional and efficient. Everyone at the reception registration are caring and polite. Thank you, Sports Medicine of Oregon for treating me as a person not just a patient.
He's very straight forward and to the point. He did my knee replacement in 2018, I couldn't be happier. Now I need a shoulder replaced and I'm so glad he does those too!
Dr Murphy the best but would be nice if he remembered my name correctly.
