I waited about 20 minutes before being called and escorted to the treatment room. Then I waited 15 more minutes before seeing Dr. Klein. Meanwhile the attendant checked my vitals. When Dr. Klein finally appeared he was cordial. HeShow more checked my chest and back thoroughly as I had been suffering from repeated hacking cough, sneezing attacks, ticklish throat, and inability to clear my throat. I continue to have these same symptoms. He did nothing to help alleviate these symptoms. I am waiting to find out if I have an UTI. He did nothing to help me receive occupational and physical therapy for having fallen and becoming unconscious. After hospitalization I walk with the aid of a cane. The same day as my appointment with Dr. Klein my cane got stuck in the elevator at a subway station, broke it in half, and mangled both halves. Slime ball, useless, Fu€k!ng insurance won’t pay for a new cane. Nope
Nigeli, I believe her name is, the medical assistant who does it all. She completed all test including ekg and blood samples. At least an hr just for intake per person all by herself!! She's an asset to this office. Highly recommeShow morended!!! Thank you I also want to send a huge thank you to Ydelsa for ensuring I was seen for my pre-op and assisting me w everything, she was very professional and courteous. Thank you all Tameeka Williams
