Dr. Austin took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly addressed all my questions. They approached my health issues with genuine care and empathy, making me feel valued as a patient. What stood out to me was their ability to explain complex medical terms in a way that was easy to understand, ensuring I felt informed and involved in my treatment plan.
Dr. Austin is so caring and thorough! True comprehensive care ( which is hard to find today) The receptionist ( idk her name) is very nice and welcoming. Highly recommend

For the first time I felt like I was heard. All of my medical needs were adhered to. Her bedside manner is amazing and very caring. She is very knowledgeable and I feel like I am finally in good hands.
Dr. Austin is not your-run-off-the- mill type of Gynecologist. She is an excellent, experienced, and compassionate Doctor, who treats the whole woman. Her care is not limited to GYN issues. I was surprised when she asked about how I was doing emotionally, my sleep habits, diet, maintaining a good weight etc. At one visit, I off-loaded some emotional concerns on her. She listened and counselled. I never feel rushed at my appointments. She is one of a kind Gynecologist whom I highly recommend.
