I am a certified trauma-informed provider who is passionate about helping individuals take control of their mental health by providing evidence-based and neuroscience-backed medication management with an integrative approach. I help young professionals with ADHD, Anxiety Disorders including PTSD, and mood disorders enhance work performance, reduce anxiety, increase self-confidence and improve relationships through customized integrative treatment plans that may include medications, nutraceuticals, Mind-body Medicine, non-invasive vagal stimulation, and exposure forms of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT).
