Cynthia is wonderful. Her warm, friendly personality put me at ease. She was very good about explaining things to me and answering all of my questions. I’ve had many skin cancer exams in my life, and I can honestly say her exam Show morewas the most thorough exam I have ever received. I am very happy about my experience at this dermatology office, and will recommend them whenever I can.
Everyone was very pleasant. As a first time patient they were very helpful, from the receptionish to the assistant to Cynthia the PA. Truth be told I have had no luck in the past with PA’s. BUT, Cynthia would be the reason I willShow more be returning including the staff. She knew the moment she saw my condition what it was. Office was very clean and sanitary.

Cynthia graduated with a degree in physician assistant studies from Drexel University in 2007. She then went on to work in the underserved community of Northeast Philadelphia, where she served the pediatric population for two years.
She then returned to her roots in the Jersey Shore to pursue her passion for dermatology, where she has educated patients on how to enjoy the rich outdoors of the New Jersey coastline safely. Cyndi treats each patient like they're her family or friend, and patients appreciate her compassionate approach to care.
In her spare time outside of the office, Cyndi enjoys spending time outdoors watching her kids play sports, traveling the world with her husband and three children, and enjoying the beautiful beaches and waterways of the Jersey Shore.

The office receptionist Chris was very pleasant and efficient. I appreciate the calming effect she presented to me.Also Jessica and Cynthia both answered all of my questions in a professional but also in a calming manner as I highly anxiety prone. I really like the entire atmosphere of this practice.

I found the staff very nice, friendly and efficient,. The wait was over a half hour to see the PA and as a first time patient I expected a full body examination even though My concern was peeling on my face and scalp. But in the pre questionnaire on my computer and at the exam I mentioned previous surgery with melanoma and I think that should have warranted a full screening. I will request it specifically when I return for the followup. So far I think the clinic was a good choice but then again I have only been there once and haven't done a follow up yet. The 3 stars is because no full exam was done.

First visit with Dr.Gelnaw Very thorough very professional and personable. Cynthia and staff were wonderful came highly recommended. Moved to the area recently and will be switching to Dr. Gelnaw as my new dermatologist.
