Crystal has been my doctor for about 11 years. She listens and truly cares about her patients. Even moving a hour and half from her practice into another state, I refuse to see anyone else, so I drive that distance in order to keep her as my primary physician.
I always tell my wife when we’re leaving Crystal’s office that it feels more like we were at a friends house instead of a practice. Crystal doesn’t try to solve all your problems with a prescription pad. She listens and then gives you options. Whether that be a lifestyle change, a prescription, a referral or a more holistic natural approach. If I could give six stars I would. I would recommend this practice to everyone. Can’t say enough good things about all the people who work there.
I was worked in the day I called for an appointment! Staff was so nice! Prompt care! Prescriptions sent right away to my pharmacy! I would recommend this office to anyone who is tired of the status quo in healthcare today!

Every member of the staff from checkin to the nursing staff to meeting with Crystal and last but not least Jackie in the lab goes above and beyond to help the patients. They each listen and will do anything to make sure that your needs are not only met but exceeded. Highly recommend them for anyone.

I absolutely love Crystal and her staff. Her bedside manner is second to none, she listens, takes her time and is very thorough. Derek, Ashley and Ms. Jackie are fantastic. The office is always clean, and the atmosphere is relaxing which always helps me to not be so nervous. I'm so thankful to have her as my pcp.
Crystal and her staff are phenomenal. I was having a difficult time with the ear infection and they fit me in when I went on break to make sure I had the treatment I needed. I love the atmosphere and I always leave happy with my experience at Healing Roots.
