Courtney is great and she makes an uncomfortable treatment easy to tolerate. Plus she helped me with one other small thing. The 4 instead of 5 is because I’ve been to the office now, 5 or 6 times. I have never, not once, gotten in at my appointment time. Usually, like Friday, 15 late. I’m guessing I”m not the only one who is delayed which is not good.
