Reviews
Excellent care.
A great experience, everyone is always pleasant.
The doctor was great but the waiting times were much too long. My appointment was at 3:00 and I was on time (even a half hour early, as they requested). I finally saw the doctor at 4:45. They apologized for the delay but I’ve never waited this long before for any medical appointment.
Dr. Murphy was professional yet easy to talk with before and after my knee replacement surgery. This mattered greatly to me. A prior consult with a very different doctor (not affiliated with Sports Medicine) ended poorly and left me concerned about having this surgery. Dr. Murphy’s experience and forthright, thoughtful and respectful responses to my questions assuaged my concerns. Although no post op of anything is easy, I believe his skills as a surgeon have made my recovery untroubled. I’ve already recommended him to several folks.
Dr Hamilton has been great.
I was getting a second opinion on a knee injury. I was given an appointment quickly. When I arrived I did not have to wait long to see the PA. He did an exam, I had X-rays done then I saw Dr. Murphy. He got right to the point. No surgery. Just what I wanted to hear. My daughter in law, a nurse, was with me. She understood everything about the MRI and what the plan was. Even though it’s a long recovery I know I’m on the right track.
Professional, kind, knowledgeable, and got us in quickly.
The best at what he does! They worked with my needs and was very gracious about what I needed.
Excellent service. I did the online check-in, saves a lot of time! Less than 5 minute wait on spot day. Straight to X-rays, top o line staff & equipment. Doc was came in 5 minutes to review & advise. 2 cortisone shots & I'm dancing a jig
Very professional
Answered all questions. Very helpful
Dr. Hamilton listened to my concerns and responded in an easy to understand way that eased my mind.
On time, nice efficient staff, and Dr. Hamilton took the time with me. Didn't rush .
I had a 45+ minute wait in the exam room. I wasn't irritated as I know things can happen that impact a surgeon's time. His staff jumped in and took over my exam for him. Then they gave me the option of waiting for Dr. Hamilton, to basically say hello as they had completed the exam. I know Dr. Hamilton, so I thanked them and left. I was impressed with his capable staff and the trust he had in them.
Doctor is in a hurry. Hard to get questions answered to my satisfaction. I was told I am too old to repair my knee, which has been extremely painful. I cannot take ibuprofen for pain because of a blood disorder, tylenol does not work well enough. I have been very active in the past. This has affected me in many negative ways. I wasnt told why I am too old for the surgery.
Everyone is very friendly and my therapist is extremely knowledgable and helpful. I’ve had great success in my recovery working with him
They were very curious and informative about my issue.
Very friendly office, I feel like I'm heard, and they care. Always very thorough and ask questions.
The office got me in quickly to see Dr Muphy. I had been trying to see another ortho and it was taking weeks to see anyone Dr was quick and Om now booked for surgery
Dr. Hamilton’s very easy to talk to and makes sure questions are answered. No question his surgical skills are amazing! I was in pain everyday for years before surgery, and just one week post surgery- no pain!
Very friendly nice to be greeted in a friendly way on surgery day
Doctor was very thorough Answered all my questions
The entire staff was professional, pleasant, and efficient. I appreciate the work they do and their interaction with their patient.
Really good and organized. Efficient!
Dr. Hamilton is fantastic, explanations of the procedure and things going on during the recovery are thorough.
