Dr. Hicks has been my doctor for at least 10 years now,she knows me. I can't pull the wool over her eyes. She's going to get to the root of the problem and give you several options on what can be done.Shes there for you inShow more a crisis,so sometimes you may have to wait a little longer. She cares about her patients. She remembers things you've told her,without going in your file. I will continue to go see Dr. Hicks as long as her practice is open.

Dr. Hicks is always there for me when I need her. As she is very busy, sometimes it's not as quickly as I'd like, but she always returns the call/message.
Dr Hicks is a good hearted person she is so much more than just a Dr she really cares about her people who see her she understands what you are going through and I thank God for a doctor like her 🙏
I haven't been in the hospital for mental health every sense the beginning of my treatment with Connie Hicks going on three years . She really listened to you to and make the best plans for your medical life please trust her. You want be disappointed!
I had to wait 2 hours to be seen with an appt. That isn't okay.

DR. HICKS WAS VERY ATTENTIVE, PROMPT , & PROFESSIONAL AS ALWAYS....EVEN THOUGH I CALLED FOR AN EMERGENCY APPT. HER RECEPTIONIST PUT ME ON STANDBY , CONTACTED DR. HICKS & THEN CALLED ME BACK TO SIGN ME INTO THE WAITING ROOM TO SEE HER VIRTUALLY. SHE HAS GREAT BEDSIDE MANNERS AND PROMPTLY CALLED IN MY PRESCRIPTION. Dr Hicks and staff are one of the best if the best in the state as far as I'm concerned. Dr Hicks actually has heart and treats her people like people instead of patients. Staff is always respectful and professional. Can't ask for better
