I don't care how many patients that she's got, she knows each and every single one. If we have kids she knows our kids by name and she asks about situations that she's known we've gone through she makes sure to knoShow morew this. I've honestly never met anyone like her. She's honestly a healthcare professional nonetheless like a mom to me. Her staff great. Tabitha is the absolute best as well as Natasha. All Health Care professionals, take a note from there's. But she's going to make sure u do the work.

Dr. Hicks is great at what she does and she really cares about her clients. After a bad experiences at another facility, I was able to go see Dr. Hicks and get back on my medication regimen that is tailored right for me.

Dr. Hicks is always there for me when I need her. As she is very busy, sometimes it's not as quickly as I'd like, but she always returns the call/message.
