I have been very pleased w/ my experience so far. I was able to make an initial appointment for the very next day after I first viewed the website. I liked that the appointment was w/ an actual doctor vs a nurse practitioner and IShow more did not feel rushed at all. Dr. Janke took his time to answer all my questions/concerns and was very thorough when explaining how the dosing, pricing, refilling processes worked. Also prices are competitive compared to other places and no hidden membership fee.
Talk about responsive and fast!! I had a simple transfer of RX. I filled out the forms and waited for my text “appointment “ which was to take place tonight. Dr Janke responded several hours early with a quick text letting me knowShow more I was approved and set to go! When I asked a question, Dr Janke pinged Chelsea who called me within 30 minutes. Great service. Can’t wait to get my first round of meds!
