About Clara Formusoh, NP

Clara Formusoh, FNB-BC, is a board-certified nurse practitioner through ANCC. Clara joins Holistic Health and Psychiatry with over 19 years of nursing experience with over 10 years as a Nurse Practitioner. She looks forward to providing family medicine and primary care services to the community of Arlington, Texas.
 
Clara obtained her nursing degree from LSUA- Louisiana State University at Alexandria before completing her bachelor's degree at UTA- University of Texas at Arlington while working. She obtained her master’s degree in nursing with a specialization in Family Medicine from the University of Texas at Tyler.
 
At Holistic Health and Psychiatry, Clara is passionate about empowering her patients through active listening, education, providing comprehensive compassionate individualized care and helping them make sound holistic decisions about their health. She champions prevention and promotion of health through education, screening and healthy lifestyle. She continues to enrich her knowledge and skills base through webinars, listening to podcasts, and reading.
 
When not at work, Clara enjoys spending time with her family, singing and dancing. She loves to travel and learn more about the diverse creation of God. She is active in her local church, where she enjoys spending time with children and youths.
