I can say that after a long search for a primary care doctor that actually cares about their patients, I have found one and it is here with Dr Irohas medical practice. This was my first visit and saw NP Wendy. She is the most wondShow moreerful and caring medical provider that I have had in many years. She is attentive, profesional, kind and overall caring and compassionate. The entire office is simply wonderful! From the moment that I made my appointment, they made everything so easy and when I physically arrived for my appointment it was just the most amazing experience that as bad as I was feeling it made everything much better! I needed some paperwork filled out and nothing but ease and guidance from NP Wendy. The service is amazing and efficient. Very responsive with patient needs and you always feel informed especially with the appointment reminders that I absolutely appreciate. Everything was thoroughly explained to me. I didn’t get the names of the front desk ladies but both of them are so nice and attentive. I highly recommend AP Medical. Thank you so much AP Medical!
It’s always a good experience seeing either Dr. Iroha or Wendy, APRN. They always take time to listen to our concerns and really work with me and my wife in coming up with the best plan of care for any medical issue at hand. The sShow moretaff is very receptive, efficient, professional and always make sure our needs are met, be it with scheduling, obtaining insurance authorization for tests, getting referrals or prescription refills or returning phone calls. These folks are great. Friendly and attentive.They take their time to listen and never rush me out. They are patient even when I have a million questions and requests.

First, Dr Iroha is amazing. I appreciate the care that he gives for his patients and overall staff is awesome and efficient. I see Wendy NP at Dr Iroha’s practice. She is by far one of the best providers I’ve seen. She is thorough with her practice and she takes her time to explain her treatments and interventions and is helpful with any medical concerns that I’ve had in the past and present. Thank you for the best care that’s always given.

I am so thankful and amazed to finally find a pcp who cares about you. This place is more than a five star I love physician Wendy she is such a breath of fresh air and just the type of care I was searching for. After moving to Vegas in 2023, I went through so many practitioners and doctors that would not listen to me and just treated me as a number. Wendy Arfapo is just amazing! I’m so glad we found her as she always listens and is a great advocate for our health. The staff have been amazing as well! Thanks!

I think the team is incredible. They always get me in to start the appointment asap. Wendy is a godsend.
