Christopher Weeden, MD, is one of the distinguished physicians at the Interventional Spine and Pain Institute, which has locations in Vero Beach and Palm Bay, Florida. Board certified in Anesthesiology by the American Board of Anesthesiology, Dr. Weeden completed his residency and pain medicine fellowship at Emory University School of Medicine. His extensive training encompasses a broad range of pain management techniques, which he employs to provide patient-centered care aimed at alleviating pain.
Dr. Weeden, a native of Tallahassee, Florida, earned his undergraduate degree in mathematics and chemistry from Emory University. He then obtained his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Central Florida College of Medicine in Orlando. Following this, Dr. Weeden returned to Atlanta for his residency in anesthesiology and subsequent pain medicine fellowship at Emory University School of Medicine, where he received both academic and practical training in aspects of interventional pain medicine.
His expertise includes a multidisciplinary approach to treating various pain conditions, such as acute and chronic post-surgical pain, neuropathic pain, musculoskeletal pain, and cancer-related pain. With his training placing a special emphasis on cancer-related pain and advanced therapies, Dr. Weeden employs a range of multidisciplinary and targeted interventions to address diverse pain issues effectively.
Dr. Weeden is dedicated to enhancing his patients functionality and quality of life, focusing on activities that bring them joy. His treatment strategies include comprehensive and interventional pain therapies, such as implantable spinal cord and peripheral nerve stimulators, lumbar decompression, ablations, and kyphoplasty.

Dr Weeden was empathetic, understanding, and caring overall. It was a great reintroduction to medical pros who are in the field because they want to make a difference in patients lives! He was patient with me, listened to me, and offered hope in what had become a very hopeless situation for me.
The Dr was extremely personable and knowledgeable Took his time to explain things and did not make me feel rushed like many in the medical field do these days.
I’d give five stars except the office is so cold, way too cool. Turn the ac down please! We old people get chilled easily. I like Dr Weedon very much. Hes sincere, takes time and seems genuinely concerned. And his sense of humor was obvious to me. But very professional at all times. I may return as a pain pump might be my best decision. It’s sad but I had one removed last May. Bad decision. My right leg is an orthopedic nightmare. An old TKR which is falling apart. In other words, legitimate pain.And I cannot find a doctor willing to try to save it. The pain can be quite intense and I had to start using a walker. Dr Weedon referred me to Dr Malone but they refused to see me and I felt humiliated by the woman who called me to say this. Apparently I’ve been labeled as drug seeking. It isn’t fair to Judge until you meet the person and hear their side of it. I doubt Dr Malone had anything to do with this. I’m guessing his office staff have been trained to reject some patients. But being in pain and humiliated added up to a really bad day. But I would definitely see Dr Weedon again. Thank you!

Dr Weeden, makes the procedure so easy I have done a procedure with him on my back and my neck as of today and I am so satisfied. I am getting really good results. I believe he knows exactly what to do to help me. I hope that you will try this doctor because I’m feeling he’s exceptional.

I was unable to walk due to the pain in my back. Doctor Weeden Took. Care of me.I am able to walk and he was pleasant? I'm now able to walk and next is Therapy to get my strength back and some muscles in my legs. Time to enjoy my life. Thank you Dr. Weeden

Can’t even count the number of doctors I have seen for my cervical /lumbar spine issues from Broward to Brevard over the last 35 years. Dr Weeden is the absolute best! Pain was relieved significantly. He is efficient and to the point. His staff is outstanding.
Wonderful
Dr. Weeden was very nice, he didn't have enough information without a new MRI to assess it better. My main problem is it is really difficult to state my pain problems on a small dotted line. And the questions that were asked did not necessarily apply to my pain problems. The front desk questionnaire was too long and complicated and the person at front desk was a bit brusque at times. Perhaps it will go better when I go back after MRI, i WILL have a lot of questions then.
