My psychiatrist is remarkable. Chris has been an exceptional life coach, med specialist and helped me help myself. Psychiatry was my last cry for help because I struggled silently, deeply, unable to live in the now and actually see a future ahead for myself. Rewiring a brain is active work, it’s conscious work and I have noticed the results subconsciously, daily now. Our conversations are authentic and even if I don’t “bring” an issue to the appt, I leave with a little more of myself.
