EXCELLENT SERVICE AND OUTSTANDING JOB. A MILLION THANKS.
Dr. Christine Nguyen is the best optomologist. She found out exactly what my condition was and precribed the correct medication for me. She also patiently discussed treatment options including the cost effective medication. Within a day, I could see huge improvement in my affected eye. Her staff, Trina, is very kind and helpful. She knew my condition was serious and called me immediately when someone cancelled the appoinment so that I could see Dr. Nguyen ASAP. Dr. Christine Nguyen and Trina treat the patients as if we are their family members. I will ask all my family members to come here whenever we have eyes problems.

I hope the next office visit, I would like to have more chances to talk to the doctor directly because this time she was in hurry and left the office without explained my eye’s problems. Wonderful experience! They did their best to be quick as I had an emergency with my eye and wanted to be seen right away. Since I had to schedule during my break from work, they were prompt and did their best to speed things along without sacrificing quality of the examination. Only thing I would recommend to improve is to provide an invoice to customers. Perhaps they do this but didn’t for me, but I prefer to have that alongside a receipt. I’ll be asking for those in the future!

I visited the eye practice for the fourth time. Good that they remind us patients about the appointment. Keep appointment on time, almost never to wait. Medical instruments are new. Disinfectant good, make you feel safe during COVID time.Doctor and staff are friendly, open to any questions about patient concerns. Would recommend for my friends. No language barrier, and they are helpful to give you coupons for the eyes drop so we can save some money.
