Christina has been my therapist/NP for over a year. She’s been extremely helpful, supportive, and always has pulled me through the worst times. She’s always giving the best advice and has helped me find the right medications that work for me. I have gone through many therapists and she is by far the best! Always understanding and has been easy to open up to. Highly recommend her! 😊

It took a little while to get my first appointment. But overall the telehealth was easy to use, quick to set up, and very convenient due to weather conditions.

Also, the ability to have sessions over video has been beneficial with physical and mental health issues I deal with!
