Great service. Great attention to concerns I might have and always feel like I'm being looked after.
Was able to answer questions and explain so I could understand about the med chosen for diabetic care, food choices and why/how it effects glucose, testing regime and activity/exercise needed. I appreciated her taking the time to explain each area, and with a newer diagnosis of type 2 diabetes this helps with emotionally feeling overwhelmed. I feel more equipped/confident of making healthier choices after the visit and as I continue to review the information she has given me. Thank You!

What's most important to me is that Chris and Angie are personable and gotten to know me as a person. It's important to me that I have a relationship with my care team and they are great!
