I have been on the program since Oct. 8, 2024 - when I took my first shot. I was 177 pounds. Today, April 5, I weigh 138. What a difference! A total of 39 pounds my body is not carrying around anymore. So much easier to enjoy dailShow morey tasks. Please note I am not the best water drinker and my exercise program consists of walking my dog. I will be starting the gym soon. Plus, I am 67 years young :) Best thing I have ever done for myself.
