Chasity Fraley, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, FNP-C, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner committed to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care for individuals at the Howard Center, which has locations in Covington, Valdosta, Moultrie, Warner Robins, Leesburg, Douglas, Tifton, and Waycross, Georgia. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Georgia Southwestern State University and holds dual board certifications through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). Chasity also holds degrees from Albany State University, Darton State College, and Central Georgia Technical College, where she built a strong foundation in clinical care.

Long wait but it was expected before coming so that wasn’t an issue. In conclusion, the experience was so great I loved it. The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, gentle and caring.

I have never loved going to the doctor until I went to The Howard Center in Covington, GA. The ambience makes you feel like you’re at the spa. The staff from the front desk to the medical staff make you feel like family. Everyone was warm and friendly and inviting. I would definitely recommend The Howard Center to anyone.
