Charlie Rounds is insightful, honest and humble. He listens and is committed to the flourishing of his patients. He takes his time in the appointment and is multifaceted in his approach. He understands trauma, and unlike the other psychiatrists I’ve seen, he not only recommends targeted medication but spends time checking in about coping strategies, calling out defense mechanisms and suggesting the focus for outside therapy. I am grateful for his wisdom and compassion and highly recommend him!
