Friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. Everything you could ask for in a doctor. Plus the staff is extremely friendly and helpful.
During my first visit, there were many pluses. Dr Phelps was professional, caring and on time. His staff was courteous and friendly. They also contacted my former primary doctor the same day which is amazingly. Again, it was an excellent first impression.
