Dr. Phelps is the kindest, most knowledgeable and helpful MD I think I have ever had. All questions asked and answered. Alleviated a number of concerns I had, and how to deal with them. He even went out of his way to deal with anoShow morether medical issue I had with another office. His staff are very kind and helpful as well. It doesn't get better than this.
