Tube una experiencia muy buena el personal y el doctor muy amables y me ayudaron en todo momento 100 % recomendado.
Dr. Cook knows his job and talks in words patients understand. And he gets results. As a bonus appointments are on time. Great experience(s).
Attention to my issue was excellent. I have been impressed with Dr. Cook and his staff.
Ease in making an appointment. Friendly and much attentive staff! Check out a breeze and all questions answered in laymen terms of understanding by Dr Cook and staff.
Got in on short notice and was given an injection to ease pain for an overseas trip leaving today. Could not be happier with service or results. Headed to airport almost pain free. Thanks!!!
What I liked about Dr. Cook was that he radiated knowledge about my problem and explained completely and succinctly the process my treatment would take. Not at all in a pushy way but rather, "here it is, here is what you can expect, and here are the challenges during recovery". So I was able to make an informed and intelligent decision. Thank you Dr. Cook
I did extensive research on doctors in DFW and Houston. My list of qualifications was extensive and based on what I learned from another orthopedic surgeon who specializes in feet who is a friend but out of state. Dr. Cook’s education, qualifications and experience continued to elevate him on my list over and over for each specific criteria I researched. Most impressive, he is a fellow with the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons. This is highly prestigious and shows the level of expertise the doctor has due to the qualification process. Regarding Dr. Cook and his staff, I cannot begin to say enough. Professional but personal. Knowledgeable and educated with excellent people skills. Dr Cook was superb about talking through my options with me and explaining in detail the specifics of each. I never walked out thinking “I do t understand”. There simply isn’t another doctor I would have perform surgery on my feet. Not one anywhere. This is why sports professionals and others come from all over the country to see him! I TRUST Dr. Cook! And adore him and his staff!
Dr. Cook was very nice and very professional. He answered all my questions and seemed to care about my medical issues.
All of the good things, we had heard, were seen yesterday! Happy, and, and helpful, staff, and Dr. Cook has a wonderful, way of explaining it all. My husband, was very pleased with the choices, he was given! He is scheduling, a first available appt., for surgery! We would recommend this Dr. and his practice!
Excellent care and professionalism. Richard Penn is the best at custom orthotics.
Excellent service and advice! Got me in quickly!
I was referred to Dr. Cook by my internist and was extremely pleased w/my entire experience — he was knowledgeable, patient (answered all my questions), and was very thorough. Also he had a sense of humor — many doctors do NOT. I plan on referring others to him.
Very caring physician and staff. Michelle, RN and Annie are wonderful. Front office could use some work on people skills.
excellent demeanor, took his tme and gave great explanation of my issue
I would highly recommend the care at this office and doctor.
His Fort Worth office is well run and I get in and out quickly. Dr. Cook takes time to go over everything. Staff is great, plenty of parking and elevator makes it easy to get to his office.
Efficient, professional, and explains diagnosis and treatment. Terrific team work.
Dr. Cook is amazing and he is the reason I’m getting back to normal due to my Achilles injury. He is the best! Miss Annie keeps me in line and my daughter loves her for that!! The entire team is amazing!!
In and out in less than an hour. Got treatment for an Achilles flare up. Immediate relief and hopefully we have the issue aced.
Very courteous and professional!
Dr. Cook was very kind and attentive to my questions regarding my medical condition. I would recommend him to others
Always pleasant at Dr. Cook's office. Staff friendly and organized. His x-ray technician is amazing.
IDs. Charles Cook has been my ankle doctor for over 30 years. He is a truthful doctor who is concerned about his patients have the best quality of life possible. From my research and my internists research Dt. Cook is the premier ankle specialist in the U.S.
Kind staff, short wait time, quick Doctor visit
Little longer than normal wait but otherwise perfect
Very thorough and professional. Addressed my concerns. Recommended non surgical procedures as a start to solving a problem that really called for surgery based on my preferences to avoid surgery at this time. Very warm and caring been a patient of Dr. Cook for-ten years at Dallas and ftw offices. Live in between. Same atmosphere that I had in my office as a Dentist. Recommend strongly.
