I met Dr. Marinescu around 4am while he was on call visiting with me in the ER. Although the situation —at that hour— felt extremely scary to me, he was calm and reassuring, and it was clear he had seen my particular situation huShow morendreds (probably thousands) of times. He was measured and methodical, and really helped me make the best decision for a path forward when I was in a pretty fearful state. As an aside, he is in great physical shape which gives me faith in his recommendations and broader knowledge of wellness. I have seen him for two follow-ups since our first meeting and continue to highly recommend him (and his staff!). I feel grateful to be a patient of his, I can tell he cares about patient care above all else.

Great Experience
I met Dr. Marinescu around 4am while he was on call visiting with me in the ER. I am 43 and had hysterectomy surgery in Aug 2023,It was the best decision I made and I got so lucky to found Dr. Marinescu, I had no bleeding or discharge after surgery and start walking day after of surgery. My recovery time was so fast and I got back to work after 4 weeks, I started working out such as weight lifting and cardio after 8 weeks, No bladder issue after surgery. I would like to say Thank you so much for performing the surgery. I appreciate your skill, expertise, and care throughout the process. I'm grateful for the positive outcome and for your dedication to my health.

A very caring doctor. Ethical and smart
I met the good doctor a couple of years ago after having heavy menstrual cycles,he sent me for labs and an ultrasound after which he explained his findings;PCOS.He further went on and explained that he could put me on metformin or I could try to do a lifestyle change instead,which meant diet and exercise and when I was ready to try for a baby and my body wouldn’t work with me,he had medication that he would administer to stimulate ovulation.I took his advice,made an active effort to be more active and ate more complex carbs etc.Fast forward 2022,I had an IUD move and upon an ultrasound scan,my left ovary(the culprit) was all in the clear,no evidence of androgen hormones as prior noted.The lifestyle changes really did the trick!Anyway,My husband and I went on to try for a baby in 2023 and to our sweet surprise ,we got pregnant.For about the first 32 weeks pregnant I was under the care of a different OBGYN and practice,I had developed gestational diabetes,high blood pressure induced by pregnancy and my NSTs were not always promising so I would have to go to his hospital for 2-3 hour monitoring 3 times a week.On top of that I had to go to another practice for weekly fetal imaging.The pregnancy was getting too stressful with all the monitoring and driving to appointments every day of the week and quite frankly hard emotionally and mentally not withstanding the physical toll growing a baby has on a woman.A boring pregnancy is a healthy pregnancy and that’s all I wanted.I was finally able to get into his care after insurance open enrollment and suddenly the pregnancy turned smooth,he was very calm,collected and confident in his skill set as I expected.He does everything in house.I never had to go elsewhere for the fetal anatomy scans,diabetes management,labs or biophysicals.He kept a very keen eye on my baby and when my placenta gave out at 39 weeks and 5 days,he explained the next few steps we would need to take to ensure a safe and healthy delivery which meant induction.All went well and he got to the hospital for my delivery in a timely manner and delivered me a healthy baby boy.I have nothing but respect for Dr. Marinescu,he is a straight shooter,thorough,competent and very cool and collected.His practice is very quite and the office is never crowded.His girls are very friendly and respectful and the wait time is short.I look at my baby boy and am brought to tears daily because I always wonder if he never gave me a diagnosis of PCOS and advise to be more active and healthy, would I be holding and loving my very own sonshine?I doubt my fertility journey would have been easy were it not for him.And btw,he will be at your delivery without fail mamas,and if things should go south say during a vaginal delivery he is multi talented and will work on a CS with you.My husband describes him as a man of few words but competent and excellent bed side manners while my mother in law expressed how impressed she was by his focus and efficiency at my delivery.
