Cassie McGee, MPAS, PA-C has been a Physician Assistant since 2015 where she received her Masters of Physician Assistant degree from Saint Francis University in Pennsylvania.
Originally from Buffalo, New York, she moved to North Carolina in 2017 where she started in Family Practice for 5 years before transitioning to dermatology, her true passion.
She is currently married to her high school sweetheart and sisters to Courtney Littere, PA-C, who also works at the Polley Clinic.
In her free time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her two beagles, Todd and Copper.

She explained everything in detail, including the medications she was prescribing and how they would help my condition. Today was my visit with Ms. McGee. I found her very professional and personable. She makes her patients feel very comfortable in the examination. I highly recommend her to any perspective patients.
I found the staff friendly and helpful. As a person with a disability, helpful and kind staff is very important. I did find the other patients a little intimidating, as I was almost pushed out of the way when I had just completed my transaction. I think that some education on person’s with disabilities may help the staff improve, but they did a wonderful job.
