Best kind respectful person
Dr. Richard’s was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and had a great bedside manner.
One of the best doctors my children have ever had! Knowledgeable and considerate with their care, recommend 10/10.
Very knowledgeable and personal Great experience!!
Great service
Dr. Richard’s was awesome! My daughter was almost sorry she was too healthy to see him anymore. She wanted to learn more about fishing.
Dr. Richards is very personable and easy to talk to. My son was very comfortable and able to talk directly to the doctor about how he felt.
Appointments with Dr Richards are always a pleasure. The front desk staff are helpful and knowledgeable, and Dr. Richards himself is professional, listens to our concerns, and is a wonderful doctor. We have been going to him for years and never have any complaints.
Staff & Dr. Richards are all awesome & super friendly!
Absolutely incredible!!! We have seen Dr Richards for 8 years and he has been a true blessing for our family!
Really nice Dr. He explained everything well to my child and helped made her feel more comfortable. 5/5 stars for him. The support staff could be better, none of them smiled at us before the doctor, felt very uncomfortable, they barely made eye contact. 2/5 for them. the waiting room floor looked like it had not been mopped in a super long time. And the cubes that look like dice for kids to sit on were gross/dirty looking and falling apart. Waiting room was just dreary overall and made me feel like I was in some really low end, hole in the wall clinic. 2/5 stars for it.
Dr Richards is very nice and patient., he made my daughter feel comfortable and at ease with how she's feeling.
Sweet, caring, listens to his patient and willing to help. Thank you Dr. Richard’s.
Dr. Richards is a wonderful and caring doctor. He listens and has great bedside manner. Very helpful staff as well. We live out of town about 2 hours away and they are able to accommodate us.

It's always a pleasure attending appointments along with my child for each visit is brief but enriching and all concerns are addressed.
Had the pleasure of meeting and working with Dr. Richards and staff. The office and staff are very courteous. We were admitted and assessed quickly. Dr. Richards is a true professional, excellent bedside manner!
We are extremely thankful for Dr Richards explaining a situation that we did not understand. We went to him for a second opinion due to dealing with a horrible ped neurologist in Houston, TX. He help us know that whatever the case is he will get to the bottom of it. He is also working with us on scheduling the MRI in Houston where we live and also offer to do a televisit if need to go over results. We are thankful to have found him and got in as soon as we did. I would also like to thank the appointment coordinator for letting us know to call everyday to see if anyone cancels. So that we could get in sooner than Nov. I’m which we did. So thankful!
Love it.. Dr.Richards was very nice an explained everything. No question of ours was left unanswered.
Dr Richards was amazing with our son. Very good bedside manner and put us all at ease
Very professional
We appreciate ur help so much. To be even better please consider providing your young patients with more supportive words, encouragement, empathy, compassion, and validation for emotions and symptoms as well. A few encouraging words go a very very long way with these kids. Thank u for listening. We know u care deep down. Saying,”hang in there, u can get through this” is priceless.
They are well taken care of good medicine good doctor
