I came in for the antibodies infusion and from the time someone came to my car until I was finished with the treatment, I was treated with such kindness and care. Even though I have COVID they took very good care of me and didn’t hesitate to treat me. They made me feel very relaxed even though I was a little nervous. They checked on me constantly to make sure I was doing ok and comfortable. I truly appreciate the care and kindness I was shown.

Everyone was very helpful and friendly! I appreciate their quick response and patience with me as I had to reschedule appointment due to covid illness.
I was worst off than I thought and needed immediate medical care. I collapsed almost upon entering and the staff and doctor jumped in immediately to get me the care I needed. They had an ambulance there quickly and had me set up and ready for the hospital before the ambulance arrived. I am so grateful for their quick action, medical professionalism, and compassion in my care.

I was referred to Dr. DeMoor because I had COVID-19; I was not her patient. She called me for a telehealth appointment the same day, prescribed meds and gave me the information I needed. Excellent care from both Dr. DeMoor and her assistant when they are dealing with a much higher patient load.
