My last psychiatrist sometimes changed mine monthly. She understands when you just can’t drive to the office to see her in person and will meet with you online. Carmen has a welcoming and easy going energy. My teenage son has been suffering with extreme anxiety, depression, and traumatic experiences with family. Carmen makes him feel at ease and hopeful. Her humor at the right moments, lighten the mood. She’s extremely knowledgeable in what will help, organically and medications if needed. My son left todays season seeing a light at the end of his dark tunnel.
