Carmen is a caring professional who listens to her patient's concerns and works with a team approach, including family members, and other care team professionals . She gives creative and thoughtful advice that does not emphasize only medications to treat brain health problems. She is flexible about scheduling appointments. A most pleasant person overall as well! We see her on zoom. Thanks Carmen!
