Dr. Brothers is always so informative. She takes her time, doesn’t make you feel negative in any way, and is very patient with questions. In my experience, some doctors have been frustrated with the fact I have to take my young chShow moreildren with me, but Dr. Brothers is always interactive with them and makes everything super easy and smooth. I’ve been seeing her for about 3 years now, since I moved to the area. Very patient, kind, educated, and gentle.
Brittney Brothers, MD, is a talented OB/GYN serving patients at Women's Health Specialists, PLLC, in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. Dr. Brothers is a native of Murfreesboro, Tennessee, and attended Middle Tennessee Christian School from grade school to high school graduation.
Dr. Brothers graduated magna cum laude from Lipscomb University with a Bachelor of Science. Then, she traveled to Johnson City, Tennessee, where she attended medical school at East Tennessee State University — Quillen College of Medicine.
Having developed a passion for women’s health, Dr. Brothers went on to complete her OB/GYN residency at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Permian Basin. During her fourth year of residency, she served as chief resident and received an Excellence in Teaching Award from the Texas Tech medical students.
Dr. Brothers is overjoyed to be back in her hometown with the opportunity to provide comprehensive medical care to the women of Rutherford County, Tennessee. She is knowledgeable in obstetrical care, contraception management, annual exams, in-office procedures, and robotic surgery.
Outside of serving patients and educating them on women’s health issues, Dr. Brothers enjoys spending time with her family. She is a wife and a mother of two children. In her spare time, she likes reading, bike riding, and concerts.

Truly one of the best care teams. Dr. Brothers truly took care of me and made me feel so comfortable at all of my appointments and procedures. I felt like I had a team that truly cared about my well being, mental health, and made sure I had all of my questions answered.
Honestly I wouldn’t ever want to go see another OB. Dr.Brothers is just amazing especially taking time with me and easing any anxiety I may have about anything women’s health related. Great experience.

The experience with the doctor was good. But registration was not good. As my appointment was rescheduled I do preregistered twice and then was asked the same questions when I arrived

I didn’t get to see dr brothers but she had an awesome assistant that did my annual she was so soft spoken and gave good direction. She explained the reason I wasn’t able to see Dr Brothers and I’m just so thankful for the alternative instead of rescheduling. I love this office!

It was a quick, yet very thorough, visit.
This was my first visit with Dr. Brothers and she was amazing! She made me feel comfortable and actually listened to my concerns. Receptionist was friendly as well, definitely give them a 10 out of 10.
Dr. Brothers was personable and provided great explanations of options available for my care. There was no pressure to select one option over the other and gave all the information necessary to make a decision I am comfortable with. The office policy of paying a fee prior to knowing what the services will be is disconcerting although that may be standard practice. They could not tell me what the charges were for or what it covered. They have promised an itemized receipt later, but I have to rely on their policy to refund money and honesty if the services don’t match what I paid for.
I had never met Dr. Brothers until this pregnancy and for one of my prenatal visits. She was just going over my unltrasound but I had several questions to discuss with her. She listened and offered solutions. She had a great bed side manner. I’ll be happy to have her at another visit in the future.

Was in and out fast and the staff was all very kind.
Dr. Brother's bedside manner is second to none. Gyno appointments in general tend to make women feel exposed and vulnerable, but Dr. Brother's does a wonderful job at reassuring you that you're in a safe space and she's there to help. She's amazing. We need more doctors like her in this world.
