The day that SCAN found Dr. Wertz for me after I left my previous physician, was truly a blessing. She is always present and actually listens to my concerns. I am always confident that she is on top of any issues I may have. TheShow more staff is just as personable, always willing to help. If you are in need of a new practice, please check her out. This was my first appointment with Dr Brittany. I was very pleased with the front office staff. I enjoyed the initial conversation. I was impressed by the doctors professionalism. I felt like I was being heard and my health concerShow morens were validated. I look forward to having a female physician who I can discuss anything with. (My former doctor was a male and I was never comfortable in many conversations. )

I would just love to say that the staff are amazing but my doctor is number one. I’ve been to a lot of doctors and changing and changing. I finally found the doctor for me. She takes your time and listens. She is not just facing a computer. She’s looking you straight in the eye they make you feel like family there and they listen to your problems.

I was feeling really bad, and the staff got me an teleappointment with Dr.Wertz within the day, she called the pharmacy that minute and I went up to pick up the drugs I needed to start the process of healing.

I met with Dr Wertz regarding some ongoing gut issues. Dr Wertz was invested in finding out the cause of my issues and ordered some testing to try and get to the root of my medical concerns. She was kind, empathetic and very present during my visit.

Everyone is ALWAYS really nice. They all work hard trying to help the next patient, wether its answering the phone or checking the next patient in, they are still on it and still always pleasant.

I think Dr. Wertz is my favorite doctor. Maybe her being a woman makes her more empathetic. She sends me to the right doctors and makes sure that I am checked out thoroughly. I would’ve given them five stars but there’s been difficulty getting referrals through In a timely manner, and I really don’t know why that is and it may have nothing to do with Dr. Wertz’s office. It’s hard for me to know.bb

I have worked for three different doctors and I have always taken pride in the service I gave to our patients. This office does well in providing that service to me. The front office staff is always very attentive and kind. Ashley always goes out of her way to give me my referrals. Poth the PA is awesome and listens and interacts in a very respectful manner. Dr WERTZ is kind and down to earth and actually listens. I am pleased at the attention they pay to my concerns and challenges.
