This is a wonderful place to receive care. Throughout my pregnancy and postpartum care the doctors, midwives and nurses have been great to work with. Jennifer Pagani-Smith has a great positive attitude and is always attentive to Show moremy needs. She answers my questions and helps educate me with up to date information. Brittany Krotzer, CNM, MSN, is a certified nurse midwife with extensive experience and an inviting bedside manner. She’s a proud member of the team of health care providers at May-Grant Obstetrics & Gynecology located in Lancaster, Elizabethtown, Columbia, Ephrata, Intercourse, Willow Street, and Lebanon, Pennsylvania, and sees patients at the practice’s office in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
Brittany earned her Master of Science in Nursing degree from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland. After graduating, she spent time practicing midwifery in Ohio and upstate New York. She recently returned to Lancaster to work with May-Grant Obstetrics & Gynecology and is happy to be back in the community and closer to her family.
Brittany enjoys caring for women and teaching them about their bodies in all stages of life, and especially during pregnancy and birth. She has a special interest in natural childbirth, family planning, and centering pregnancy.
Outside of work, Brittany makes pottery, does yoga, goes on hikes, and travels to new places as often as possible.

Dr. Frank Cardona is a great doctor! He’s very understanding and listens to your concerns. He takes time with the patient to help them with their health issues! I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a specialist.

I had the best experience with Jen today. She has a warm, loving and calm demeanor that puts your mind at ease. I hope to have a natural birth with as little intervention as possible and she made me feel so confident and listened to when I showed her my birth plan. I went home feeling reassured that I chose the right practice.

Ms. Jackson is amazing. I have the worst anxiety going to my annual appointments and she always takes the time to help out my mind at ease and listens to my concerns. She is very genuine and I would recommend her to everyone! We need more healthcare workers like her.
