Great experience and explanation of my procedure. Urged me to stretch and exercise my left arm more for more ability to use!

On a scale of 1-10 Dr Snow is clearly a ten. He was familiar with my case background before he entered the exam room. Dr Snow made you feel comfortable and was easy to talk to. His exam was thorough and. Discussed alternatives and recommended a proposed plan of action. I highly recommend Dr Snow and his staff
Very personable doctor, and the PA was great too. Hopefully my treatment will give me relief of my pain!
Very good quick service to relieve pain in my shoulder
All of the staff including Dr Snow give me all of the time I need to get answers ro my questions.
The wait was too long, but the visit was great.
I had surgery to repair a torn tendon in my arm. Dr. Snow was very professional and easy to work with. The quality of his staff and their service are exceptional to the point I don't dread going to their office for follow ups. The whole surgery process was so smooth that I didn't have any anxiety or fear of the outcome. Everyone, from the check in people, the anesthesiologist, the pre-op nurses, and the physical therapy people, are all very good to work with. Glad I chose this doctor.
Routine follow-up. No unnecessary tests or activities. I appreciate the professional approach.
Dr.Snow has been my doctor for eight years. He listens very attentively, very caring, extremely informative, explains medical terminology where I’m able to understand. Very compassionate, and considerate. he needs to be cloned, love he man to death.
Overall okay..,appointment scheduled for 10. Didn’t see the doctor until 11:00. Generally staff and doctor professional and cordial
Waiting period was a bit more than usual
Excellent
I’m so happy with Dr Snow’s work on my knees and would recommend him to anyone!
Doctor Snow and his staff is always pleasant and professional.
The doctor and staff are efficient, professional, and pleasant.
I waited way too long to see Dr. Snow. I waited in the waiting room for over an hour and when I got back to the exam room I waited for over 30 minutes. This is very unacceptable. I hope you can do something about this situation. It’s terribly frustrating. Other than that, Dr. Snow is very pleasant.
Dr. Snow was his usual responsive and informative self. Great personality, smiles easily and from my past experience thoroughly professional and competent.
I didn’t wait long to see the doctor. Dr Snow has been seeing me for 7.5 years and it’s because of the way he had treated me and handles all my issues
Staff was patient and nice. The Dr. was completely concerned.
Dr. Snow listens to my questions and gives concerned answers/suggestions, I've been a patient for many years.
Everyone was wonderful all through prep appointment and all the followups.
Dr. Snow explained things to me that gave me peace of mind and confidence that the healing process would go well. When I left, I felt like I had the answers that I was looking for.
Professional. Paid attention to my comments and concerns.
I love the flexibility of the walk-in scheduling for me. I see occasional others with rigid schedules struggle sometimes with waiting, but it works for us. Sometimes it is hard to move in the morning and traffic is unpredictable. Open schedule helps. I also like that the staff is so interchangeable, they step in and help back each other up. I do wish the waiting room seats were more rigid and easier to get off. Broken arm/shoulder makes it tough to scootch in and out. Thanks for all.
Easy to talk to
