Brett Jepson, MD, is an experienced, board-certified urologist at CSUA: Union in Colorado Springs, Colorado. He has over two decades of experience and specializes in endourology, kidney stone treatment and management, and laparoscopic and da Vinci® robotic surgery of malignant and benign prostate disease.
Dr. Jepson graduated from the University of Kansas in Lawrence with a Bachelor of Arts in biology. He went on to complete medical school at the University of Kansas School of Medicine in Kansas City, Kansas. Dr. Jepson finished his medical training with an internship and urology residency at Saint Louis University Hospitals in St. Louis, Missouri, where he trained in minimally invasive cancer surgery and endourology.
Dr. Jepson began his career in Omaha, Nebraska, where he trained University of Nebraska urology residents in da Vinci robotic procedures and general urology. He is board-certified by the American Board of Urology and is an active member of the American Urology Association.
When he’s not helping patients, he spends time with his wife and two children and participates in outdoor activities. Dr. Jepson enjoys caring for patients at CSUA: Union and welcomes them to the practice.

A bit of a long wait to get called into the exam room, but otherwise the visit went well.

Very personal visit. His assistant went out of her way to see that I could get required lab work done that visit rather than make another appointment. Results of lab work were reported promptly with clear follow up. Instructions.
Fast was in before I knew it . The receptionist had me checked in in a jiffy. There was a long line of patients ahead of me when I got off the elevator but it went almost magically quick .. Doctor Jenson was very cordial as he was my surgeon so our follow up. Went s mooth as silk no pun intended . Very informative answered all my questions and concerns . I would highly recommend him .
