First time doing a hearing test. I arrived ten minutes early and was seen shortly thereafter. Doctor Martinez explained everything that was going to be done prior to the testing. He has an easy going manner and was very knowleShow moredgeable and professional. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. He did a great job explaining the results in easy to understand manner. I would highly recommend Desert Peak for any and all hearing concerns.
My ENT said I needed a hearing and balance exam in 2024. The only place at the time that would perform that is in Las cruces. Then I find out Desert Peak opened and I received my appointment same week. The staff and doctor are veShow morery professional. The doctor is an excellent communicator and explained the exam I was about to receive step by step. No surprises. I would definitely recommend Dr Martinez.

The clinic was quick to schedule me a next day appointment and the audiologist was able to explain my hearing test results in easy to understand terms. The facility was clean and staff were friendly.

What a gift it is to have Bo and team in El Paso. Loved that all the admin stuff could be done online and before the appointment. Bo is the consummate professional, very calm, courteous and knowledgeable. He explained every step along the way, helped me thoroughly understand my results and answered every (of my many) questions. Given the situation, I enjoyed the experience.
