Blaise Fondren, FNP, is a dedicated family nurse practitioner bringing over nine years of experience to the team at Honeycomb Medical Group in Memphis, Tennessee. Blaise offers comprehensive health care to patients of all ages.
Blaise is skilled in conducting physical exams, diagnosing and treating illnesses, and developing personalized treatment plans.
After earning her associate's degree in nursing from Northwest Mississippi Community College in Senatobia, Mississippi, Blaise completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at The University of Texas at Arlington. She followed that with a master’s degree in nursing at South College in Knoxville, Tennessee.
Blaise went on to work as an RN in the post-anesthesia care unit (PACU), the emergency room (ER), and the catheterization laboratory at locations such as Baptist Memorial Hospital-DeSoto in Southaven, Mississippi, and Merit Health River Oaks in Flowood, Mississippi.
After working as an RN case manager at Enhabit Home Health & Hospice in Oxford, Mississippi, Blaise joined Yalobusha Health Services in Water Valley, Mississippi, as a nurse practitioner.
Blaise holds her RN and Certified Nurse Practitioner (CNP) licensure in Mississippi and has The Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).
She’s a board-eligible/board-certified (BC/BE) family nurse practitioner and registered nurse practitioner certified by The American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (APRN).

I met with Blaise Fondren about arthritic pains & she was attentive, listening to my concerns, & offered valuable solutions. I have only positive things to say about her. However, she was the fifth person in this practice who I've seen in less than 2 years, 4 of them leaving the Honeycomb Group. This concerns me in terms of establishing a good relationship w/ a primary care person& trusting they will be there for me.
