About Bini Masin, BA, MS

Bini Masin is an Exercise Physiologist, and Functional Nutrition Consultant, with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Florida and a Master of Science degree from the University of Miami. Bini designs individualized health and wellness programs. She utilizes clinical data including: resting metabolic rate, VO2 max performance, food sensitivity test results, vitamin and mineral deficiency test results along with medical diagnoses.

She believes in helping her clients create a balanced lifestyle to achieve their goals, whether these be of: weight loss, hormone balancing, gut health, healing from inflammation, or improving athletic performance. Bini consults her clients every step of the way, and offers services in the office, in the privacy of their homes or virtually. Services range from creating meal plans and recipes, to grocery tours and food shopping, understanding labels and supplements, corporate and personal cooking demonstrations and in-home meal preparation. Bini is a model of balanced living herself.

She has a successful marriage of over 30 years, is the mother of 4 grown children, a new grandmother, she manages a career and works philanthropically. Bini donated a kidney over 10 years ago to a perfect stranger. Her sense of gratitude for good health was her motivation. She has since been working to facilitate a wellness program for transplant patients, and is writing a book documenting the stories of organ donors and their recipients.
