Dr Benny is a nationally recognized Spine and Musculoskeletal Medicine Physician. He is Board-certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, Sports Medicine and Pain Medicine with fellowship training in Spine and Sports Medicine. He is also involved in the research side as well as continuing to publish papers in the field. He is involved in The North American Spine Society as part of the Rehabilitation, Intervention and Medical Spine (RIMs) Society as well as being faculty for the Advanced Spinal Workshop for many years; He is also involved in Committee’s in the Spine Intervention Society (SIS) and also involved in other societies like the American College of Sports Medicine and the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
He is Fellowship Director of the first North American Spine Society accredited fellowship in Houston in Interventional Spine and Musculoskeletal Medicine. He also continues to teach fellows at the Houston Methodist Primary Care Sports Medicine Fellowships, and Residents at Memorial Hermann Family Medicine, University of Texas, Houston and at the Baylor College of Medicine.

Wasn't anything special. Very rushed. Got me in and got me out. Hopefully next time is better.
I enjoyed my visit. He was very detailed and went over everything with me. He staff was very friendly and helpful also.
Very caring.went above to refer my husband to the Dr that will take of his ailments . He was not scheduled to see him but noticing he was in pain Dr Benny went above and beyond. May God bless him
