Finally I had my first OB check up here in Elite clinic. As a first time patient, they required transvaginal ultrasound, physical exam, Pap smear. I conquered my fear of having all these done because of the help of amazing staff aShow morend OB Barbara. The experience felt frustrating and disheartening. She came across as cold and lacked understanding or sensitivity to my situation. It felt as though she was belittling me and implying I was wrong for not seeking treatment sooner.
She was very patient and answered all my questions. I will definitely return to the office.

The NP was fine but I was kept waiting in the examining room for an hour! I thought they forgot about me and I actually opened the door to ask! They were indifferent to my discomfort. Afterwards while waiting for my referral they again kept me waiting while they resolved a computer problem! I am giving the experience 2 stars because the NP was pleasant! I cannot recommend this office to anyone and I won’t be returning!
