This is never a comfortable appointment for anyone, but Dr. Sztukowski was very gentle. She explained the process step by step as she did the procedure. She continuously checked to see if I was comfortable or okay and if I felt anShow morey discomfort. She listened even when I had difficulty explaining things and answered every question in a way I was able to understand. She assisted with referrals and next appointment scheduling. I absolutely do recommend this doctor. Very grateful that doctors like her do still exist.
Wonderful bedside manner. She is kind and knowledgeable. Dr. Barbara addressed my concerns and gave me a step by step of everything she would be doing during the exam as she was doing it. The entire staff is incredibly welcoming and friendly. Nurse Practitioner Sztukowski is amazing and always ensures you feel comfortable and at ease. I’ve been coming to this clinic for over a year now and highly recommend both the doctors and the staff!
The experience felt frustrating and disheartening. She came across as cold and lacked understanding or sensitivity to my situation. It felt as though she was belittling me and implying I was wrong for not seeking treatment sooner.
She was very patient and answered all my questions. I will definitely return to the office.

The NP was fine but I was kept waiting in the examining room for an hour! I thought they forgot about me and I actually opened the door to ask! They were indifferent to my discomfort. Afterwards while waiting for my referral they again kept me waiting while they resolved a computer problem! I am giving the experience 2 stars because the NP was pleasant! I cannot recommend this office to anyone and I won’t be returning!
